Appeal Court Frees Al-Mustapha

Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Officer to Nigeria's former military dictator,General Sani Abacha has been discharged and acquited by the Court of Appeal.Al-Mustapha is standing trial for allegedly
masterminding the killings of eminent Nigerians like Alhaja Kudirat Abiola.
