The former Chairman of one of Nigeria's biggest  conglomerate- UACN Plc, Chief Ayodele Ajayi and his wife gave out their beautiful daughter, Oluwafemi hand in marriage to Ademola Adekoya,the son of Mr and Mrs Olugbenga Adekoya. The classy and well attended ceremony took place at St. Saviours Cathedral,Onikan in Lagos State, Nigeria on Saturday 20 November 2010.

Gistmaster.com learn that the couple met through mutual friends and ever since they knew they were destined for each other.At the ceremony were the likes of Chief Keji Okunowo, respected accountant,Mr. Akintola Williams,Chief Julius Ademiluyi, Chief Molade Okoya Thomas, General Tunji  Olurin (Retd) and several other notable personalities.

Trust African women, they came dressed to thrill. Expensive gold chains, beads and lace fabrics were on display.

The wedding reception subsequently took place at TFA.

When reminded that the minister of Information, Professor Dora Akuiyili just announced that corporate

ASSAULT:FRIENDS INSIST ON UGONNA MADUEKE's INNOCENCE

Following gistmaster.com story on the alleged assault and battery of a young lady at  the opening of a hangout in Victoria Island, Lagos, by Ugonna Madueke, son of Nigeria's former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Alison Maduekwe and step son to Nigeria's current Petroleum minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison- Maduekwe, close pals have called in to insist on his innocence.

According to those who spoke with gistmaster.com , Ugonna did not assault the said lady at the club. Yes, there were issues raised because the lady was trying to get into the space occupied by Ugonna and friends but it was not as bad as was pained. In a phone call on Friday 19 November 2010, one of Ugonna friends told gistmaster.com that the "the lady probably has ulterior motives and when she could not achieve it she decided to be rude and its unfortunate that she fabricated the whole thing as if rocket launchers landed on her. Talking about swollen face and lips, nothing of such happened" insisted the friend who claimed to be an eye witness.

" Perhaps the story that Ugonna assaulted her was being fabricated because she believed that he is the son of a well known known personality and everything is being done to damage his reputation"

Ugonna, another friend insists is not on any police wanted listed as those involved wanted to believe.He is free as a bird and he has been going about his duties as a citizen of Nigeria.

IBB LOSES MOTHER-IN-LAW

wife,Dr. Mrs. Maryam Babangida to cancer in far away United States of America, he is bereved again.

flooding Minna residence of the former ruler, who has declared his intentions to be Nigerian's next President cme 2011.
General Babangida was Nigeria's military ruler between August 1985 and August 1993.He annuled the popular June 12 election.He retired after several protests

The Ikorodu, Lagos state born lady was presented with the certificate at a well attended ceremony in Lagos some weeks ago.
Junaid has been in the forefront of campaign for good governance in Nigeria. She founded the Arise Nigeria Women organisation as part ways to provote activie women participation in elections and activities that will Nigeria's image and its citizenry.

According to the award
organisers, Junaid's was given the award based on her invaluable contributions to good governance in Nigeria. The organizers said her commitment to uplifting core moral values in Nigeria and
sense of duty without looking for pecuniary gains made her a worthy awardee.
We gathered that Junaid's people in Ikorodu area of Lagos State are already clamouring that she represent their constituency come 2011.

A widely travelled coach, Junaid has delivered papers at various international conferences. She is scheduled to be a speaker at a conference scheduled holding in Belgium next month.

PETROLUEUM MINISTER,ALISON MADUEKWE STEP SON ALLEGELY BEATS LADY SILLY AT LAGOS HANGOUT

Days after Ufoma, a Nigerian model and actress raised public attention to what she called public assault by aides of Hon. Kuforiji, the Speaker of the Lagos House of Assembly- the step son of the current minister of Petrolueum is already in the middle of a controversy also bothering on assault and injury.

Ugonna, step son of Nigeria's current minister of Petroleum, Mrs. Diezani Alison- Maduekwe. Ugonna's father is former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Alison Maduekwe.The young man  is still in the books of men of the Bar Beach police station, Victoria Island.They want him to explain reasons behind his unpalatable actions last weekend.

The heavily built University of Maryland (USA) graduate was said to have brutalize a young lady at the opening of opening of Volar by Vutton in VI on Saturday 13 November 2010.

The misunderstanding between Ugonna and the said lady started when she tried entering the section of the club where He (Ugonna) and his friends were rollicking with expensive choice drinks and hot chics.

gistmaster.com gathered that the young man who is one of the biggest spenders in Lagos hangouts was 'high in the spirit' after taking  a lot of drinks and spent amount close to a million Niara with  his friends (Who are mostly silverspoon kids  from the UK and USA)

Sources told gistmaster.com that it was a brutal experience for the lady over a small issue.

"If you see this dude. He is fat and stocky, using his power to cause bodily harm on a female. After failed attempts to rectify the problems with the club operators (because the guy was spending so much money all they could say was "sorry ma" and "can we offer you a drink"),disclosed our source

The young lady contacted the Lagos commissioner of police and three police vehicles full off officers came to the club. Ugonna was shouting obscene words and yelling " bring the f..king DPO to me".."Ill call my chief security officers"..and continued to rant "Do you know who I am". After 15 minutes of him tussling with the about 10 officers he was whisked away by a friend then later came back to retrieve his vehicle.
The young lady suffered bruised chins(ankles) a swollen lip and bruised knee causing a limp. She had to later seek medical attention.
