GENEVIEVE’s EX NOW PMAN PRESIDENT?

By Gistmaster.com

Star actress, Genevieve Nnaji’s ex boyfriend, Preddy Wyse seems to be at the front burner of another controversial election of the PMAN (Performing Musician Association of Nigeria). According to information at the disposal of gistmaster.com, Preddy who is now a big time distributor of Kia Motors in Delta State scored 136 votes to trash his opponent at the election.

A graduate of music from the American Devroy School of Music, Preddy Wise Okowa returned from the United States many years ago.   Before he went into many called social oblivion, Preddy was always hitting headlines because of his romance with Genevieve, who was a fast emerging star actress at that time. It was a well publicized romance at that time. It almost led to marriage but a number of factors such as family resistant against the relation especially from Preddy sisters led to the crash of the relationship. No one heard about Preddy since then until recently.

The shows for the Arise Africa Fashion Week finally kicks off today in Lagos. Though the event started behind schedule, it became a beehive of activities as top fashion and celebrity photographers, models, producers, bloggers, reporters, service providers and various presenters stormed the red carpet to interview and take photographs of guests.

In the morning gistmaster.com saw  the likes of Folake Akindele of Tiffany Amber, Tayo Shonekan, singer Tiwa Savage, leading female rapper, Sasha, Nikki Khiran,Gert Jonah from South Africa,Madam Joko Oni, Adesuwa Belo-Osagie, Ibidun Ajayi, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Mubarak Adegunwa, Dimeji Alara, Bee Authur a designer from Ghana and several others.

The event  started today with Ugonna Omeruo the founder of House of Nwocha opening the show. Kiki Kamanu a thunderous  applause from the audiance  as she showcased her wonderful collections too. She also made a good show of her sexy figure as she catwalk on the runway but she almost fell off the stage when she was leaving.

Sasha came hours before the show started and got the paparazzi's attention. Tiwa Savage too! Tiwa who was wearing a dress by Toju Fayeh seems to be used to the photograhers. She was electrifying everyone with her moves on the red carpet.

Gistmaster.com sighted members of THISDAY style co-ordinating themselves so that nothing will go wrong with their coverage since they are host of the event. On the red carpet especially, the female reporters were right on the neck of the photographers, giving them instructions and pointing to people to be photographed.

Gistmaster.com also sighted Folake Akindele of Tiffany Amber Couture.  Folake, one of the daughters of Ibadan Billionaire , Chief Bode Akindele blocked her face with her hand when a photographer from Guardian Newspapers was trying to take her photo.

Gert the South African Fashion dsesigner was very specular on the red carpet. He was looking 'beautiful' with his fine lady's bag. Most guys who were not used to seeing such things were shocked that a man actually left home or his hotel room carrying a lady's bag. Things dey happen ooo!

More photos coming!

By Niyi Tabiti

Finally,Globacom Chairman, Otunba Mike Adenuga joined the list of Forbes  richest billionaires in the world. To many Nigerians, this has been long in coming.Adenuga who is making the list for the first time is worth $2 Billion (US DOLLARS). Unlike last year when it was only business magnate, Alhaji Aliko Dangote that made the list following the removal of Femi Otedola (another billionaire and boss of Zenon Group who was listed two years ago), The 2011 forbes list goes a long way to show that Adenuga is indeed the 'Gold Digger' as he calls himself.

Mike who was once a taxi driver in the United States of America was born by into the influential Adenuga family in Ijebu Igbo. Adenuga's first cousin, Oba Sikiru Adetona is the Awujale of Ijebuland (Awujale is the title of the paramount traditional leader of the Ijebu people in south west Nigeria). Though described as flamboyant on account of his acquisition of  first class luxury items such as private jet, state of the art cars and magnificient buildings and a multi million Dollar wedding for his daughter, Bella, Adenuga is rarely seen at social engagments. He is known to own one of the most expensive houses in Nigeria's most valuable choice area- Banana Island where land cost hundreds of millions of Naira.

Gistmaster.com gathered that the man love to enjoy himself within the four walls of his house and office where he run his conglomerates.

Even when he attends event, you dont see him moving around and he rarely make public speeches. One of the few moments when he made a speech was at the launching of the Olusegun Obasanjo Library project, where he donated over 200 million Naira.
An old student of Ibadan Grammar school, Adenuga studied at North Western University in Oklahoma and Pace University in New York, USA.

Alhaji Aliko Dangote moved up the ladder from his 334 number on the list world richest billionaires list to become the number 51. Mike Adenuga was listed as number 556 in the forbes list of world richest billionaires. Dangote is worth $13.8 billion from $2.1 billion last year. Again Carlos Slim Helu, remained on the number one position as the world richest man. Unlike last year where he was slightly worth over $50 Billion, this year, the mexican is worth $74 Billion. Bill Gates came second with $56 billion fortune while Warren Buffet rose to $50 billion fortune.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS BODYGUARD AND RIHANNA?

It’s not easy being in public view, especially when you have to answer questions from reporters, get on TV interviews, disturbance by  paparazzi who want to have exclusive photos of you, talk of fans, I mean hundreds or even thousands of them who want your attention, all at the same time. It is really a big job. Big time celebrities get paid for all the troubles through endorsement deals, royalties and sales of their work and   performance fees.
I bet this Bodyguard was trying to shield American top music star, Rihanna from the Press and some fans. He held Rihanna in a place, many people would consider out of bound! lol
This guy must have been waiting for this kind of opportunity to 'press' Rihanna for long.
Rihanna needs to do a new song "How not to handle a celebrity" or is she enjoying it?
