New VC for UNILAG

  Professor Rahamon Adisa Bello of the department of Chemical Engineering has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of University of Lagos. Bello was the acting vice chancellor  of the institution following the demise of Professor Adetokunbo Shofoluwe. Bello was the deputy VC (management services) durning the tenure of the former VC.

Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, on Friday sacked all his commissioners and special advisers.

Oshiomhole, who addressed a valedictory session of the State Executive Council in Benin, thanked all its members for assisting in the delivery of his programmes in his first term as well as ensuring his re-election.
