Mr. Bisi Onasanya is
set to retire at a high point of his career as Group Managing Director/Chief
Executive Officer, First Bank of Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of FBN Holdings
Plc and Nigeria’s most valuable banking brand, at the successful completion of
his tenure.
His retirement takes effect at the end of the current
Financial Year on December 31 2015. Mr. Onasanya is retiring on the

Dokpesi to testify in Tinubu's Libel case against AIT
Hearing in the N150 billion libel suit filed against DAAR
Communications by a national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola
Tinubu, has been fixed for May 27.
Raymond Dokpesi, the Chairman of the broadcast outfit, is
one of the witnesses to testify at the resumed hearing of the suit.
Others listed to testify against Mr. Tinubu are Namure
Edoimioya, Medan Tenke, Ajibola Adewusi, Olumide Idowu, Stanley Odidi, Nwabueze
and Stanley Bassey.
Mr. Tinubu had instituted the N150 billion suit against Daar
Communications Plc, owners of AIT, over the documentary titled “Lion of
Bourdilion’’.
He had alleged that the documentary which the station

Jonathan commiserate with Obasanjo over sister's death
President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday commiserated with former President Olusegun Obasanjo on the death of his younger sister, Mrs. Adunni Eweje-Obasanjo.
According to a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, the President said he joined Obasanjo and his family in mourning the deceased who died recently at the age of 76.
