Niyi Tabiti, it is confirmed on BBC, Abacha is dead

"Niyi Tabiti, it is confirmed on BBC, Abacha is dead"
This must be God at work...who killed him? What killed him? Where is the body?
The rush started, where is the transistor radio...almost 500 people came out to listen to BBC, anxiety in the air...BBC confirms it! Nigeria maximum ruler, General Sani Abacha is dead.Date was June 8, 1998. It is 17 years today.

The end of tyranny,See how God works, one of us said. He had billions of dollars in banks yet money could not save him. He thought his water tight security would capture death. Abacha thought the spiritualists would see it but none.

So what will happen to Diya,Adisa and others who are already on death roll for allegedly planing coup against Abacha?People asked, what will happen to Abiola? We are tired of military rule, we are tired of nonsense,we are tired of politically motivated assassinations.

Solidarity forever, we shall always fight for our right.
It is true, Abacha is dead!
I never knew some politicians will show us that Abacha was a trainee when it comes to stealing public funds.

Diezani Alison-Madueke, such is life By Lekan Fatodu

There’s no doubt that most members of the so-called economic or power elite in Nigeria who arrogantly arrogate the right to our common-wealth to themselves and their clan are the most inhumane in several aspects.
I remember the good old days whenever the immediate past Nigerian Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke coughed the entire circle of the rich - especially the oil cabal - will be thrown into frenetic concern with desperate jostle for a space for a full-page advertorial (worth about £4,000) in major Nigerian newspapers to send a "Get Well Soon" message to the then most powerful minister in Nigeria.
But now that things have gone terribly awry for the woman, the wealthy 'friends' of Diezani are no where to be found.
Let's assume many of them didn't believe the online source that broke the news a few days ago that the woman was undergoing treatment for cancer in London, Diezani has spoken about her ill-health in a no-holds-barred 11,543-word interview covering 6 pages in ThisDay,

Ex- Minister's son, Moyo Ogunlewe says Father has just one car

The first time Gistmaster featured Moyo Ogunlewe was in 2008. He won an award as a notable socialite in Unilag. The guy is back. He is now a politician just like his dad. Last weekend, he granted an interview where he talked about his father at length with a reporter from Punch Newspaper.
Aside saying Ogunlewe, a former senator who defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) some years ago,Moyo disclosed that his dad has just one car. It sounds unbelievable because of the flamboyant lifestyles of Nigerian Politicians.

First Lady Aisha Buhari Closes Beauty Parlour-Punch

Soft-spoken but extremely eloquent, there are many things that make Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigeria’s new president thick. Blessed with an infectious smile; many, often as a result of her warm disposition, underrate the power that lies in her.
Though, only soaring in popularity in recent months especially in the build up to the March 28 presidential elections where her husband, Muhammadu, a retired military general and former Head of State, coasted to an overwhelming victory, Aisha has always been a
