  It is with a heavy heart that we write this letter to the leadership of our dear party which we have been loyal to for decades. We sincerely appreciate the dogged contribution of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa in the emergence of the current Executive Governor of Delta State as the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and also his eventual emergence as the Executive Governor at the 2023 General Elections. This feat should have made Okowa to assume the status of an Elders Statesman in Delta State . Ironically,  this has not been the case since he handed over on May 29, 2023, as he has been carrying out clandestine activities to truncate and Jeopardise the activities of the current Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.  This was evident in the choice of Members of his Executive Council where he nominated almost everyone across the 25 Local Government Council of the State. The Local Government Elections is here and he has imposed his cronies on not only the Executive Governor Rt. H

 A Socio-Political Group, Action Caucus has warned that except the National Leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) called the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa to order over his overbearing tendency on the party and plans to impose council Chairmen in the forthcoming LG poll. The group in a press release endorsed by its coordinator, Tetsoma Ayemidejo and Secretary, Elozonam Ugboma also called on well meaning Deltans to rise up against unhealthy godfatherism rearing it's head in the state in order to avoid the political debacle of Rivers State happening in Delta State.  The group noted that Okowa's high handedness, especially as it concerns the running of the affairs of the state, if not urgently checked, may snowball into crisis that will consume the party in the state. It further added that Okowa has began to build political structure to unseat Senator Ned Nwoko, the Senator Representing Delta North by planting his stooges at the council. In a

 Daniel Ojukwu refusal to answer allegations against him by those investigating the matter is the reason police is yet to charge him to court. Sources disclosed since his arrest over alleged cyber stalking and spreading of false content on the internet, the writer has not been co-operating with the investigating officers in charge of the matter.  The Director of the Nigeria Police Force-National Cyber Crime Centre, Uche Ifeanyi, on Tuesday, confirmed to Punch Newspaper that the writer had not met his bail conditions.   A source told our correspondent that despite efforts by the police Ojukwu has refused to co-operate, instead using every tactics possible to avoid having his day in court.  The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals has described recent allegations by a media organization concerning a contract award as mischievous,malicious and frivolous; all in a bid to get traffic to their website and earn advertisement revenue.   OSSAP-SDGS says it is aware of attempt by some disgruntled element being used within the media space to blackmail the good name of the office but it remain focus in people oriented programmes.   The office of SSA SDG confirmed that it reported the matter to the authorities so that the writer can have his day in court.
