GOLDIE BECOMES UN AMBASSADOR

Award-winning singer, Goldie, has been conferred a UN Youth Ambassador for Peace by the Federal Government. Under this title, Goldie intends to further propagate national and world peace through her music, actions and words.

KENNY OGUNGBE JOINS AIT BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SIGNS NEW MEDIA DEAL

KENNIS MUSIC, one of the country’s biggest record label company, has rolled out plans for the new year even as its helmsman, Kenny Ogungbe just got elevated to the position of the 24-member of the Board of Directors, DAAR Communications Plc. His appointment was endorsed at the multinational’s AGM held on Friday, December 30, 2011.

The Power of 10 concert would last for 30 days as it moves round ten cities in the country. The music concert starts on September 9th and will end on October 14th 2011 in Lagos. The ten cities include; Lagos, Makurdi, Enugu, Calabar, Port- Harcourt, Ilorin, Abuja, Owerri, Benin and Ibadan.

MTN Power of 10 concert held at the Aminu Isa Kontagora Complex in Makurdi and Nnamdi Azikwe Indoor sports Hall in Enugu.

Fans were treated to jokes by Seyi Law and Julius Agwu.

GOLDIE OR BABA DEE- WHO SHOULD STOP SINGING?

Baba Dee started off an unprovoked war of words on twitter against fellow singer, Goldie.Now, the elder brother of Sound Sultan seems to have regretted his actions. Baba Dee whose real name is Dare Falasi had tweeted sometime back that Goldie should stop singing. Baba Dee considered Goldie as someone who is not talented in the art singing.
 Trust Goldie, she also tweeted to Baba Dee with a strong appeal 'Lol, many people think you should stop singing too or it rap you do sef?"
 Goldie, real name Susan Filani, is a singer signed up under the Kennis Music label. Her collaboration with El Dee the Don was considered laudable by music lovers. She has performed at various events.Remarkable, yes remarkable, she is stylish and doesn't wear cheap!
