ABOUT THE DESIGNER
The brains behind “Ignite Yrstyle” is Feyisayo Ayeni. An American based designer. A proud Nigerian. born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.
From early childhood, Feyi displayed a keen interest for fashion and design that was quite uncommon for her age. Playfully, designing and picking out birthday gifts for friends and family as she believed she had an eye for good designs… and she truly did.

As Feyi flourished into her teenage years, she continued to exhibit a great satisfaction in designing outfits for friends and family, though not professionally. Her relocation from Nigeria to the US proved to be a destined decision as she enrolled in the fashion design program at Wade college; a design school.
While at Wade, Feyi won a series of awards and accolades and these achievements further propelled her to start her very own fashion line - Ignite Yrstyle.
In 2010, her design was worn by the crowned Miss Africa Texas Queen @ a grand ceremony .

BEAUTY TIP OF THE DAY :HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR MAKE UP BRUSHES

Here's the deal: Makeup brushes can harbor bacteria that cause skin irritations, breakouts and even eye infections! Which is Kind of the opposite of what you want to achieve with your beauty regimen, no? Sidestep that mess with regular brush cleaning. But just how often?
Makeup expert Bridget O'Neill recommends you sterilize your brushes at least once a week. With that settled, let's move on to the pro products the beauty buff keeps in her own makeup bag.
If you don't want to spring for a product used exclusively for brushes, you can also use any gentle antibacterial cleanser, like O'Neill's favorite, Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash. Or if you're a real budget babe, we've been told that using a dab of shampoo works just as well.
As for when it's time to replace your beloved brush, O'Neill claims it's easy to tell. "When the bristles begin to fall out and no longer feel soft, it's time to toss 'em and go shopping!"

George Enenmoh of blessed memory founded the company in Kano State then as a Consulting Petroleum marketing Company to an independent Oil marketer in Nigeria with the vision of becoming a leading Oil and Gas marketing company in the Nation that markets petroleum product and refining of crude oil.

Looking at the company history, Ascon Oil has grown in leaps and bounds. The Company was incorporated in 1984 and commenced business as an independent marketer of petroleum products in February 1985. In May 1988, we obtained an Oil Marketers license and signed a bulk purchase agreement as a petroleum products marketer with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and its sister company, Pipelines Products Marketing Company (PPMC) later in the same year.

In sharing Ascon Oil milestones with the media present, Mrs. Enenmoh stated that “in 1991, we moved our Headquarter to Lagos from Kano which now serves as a regional office for northern branches while we also maintain offices in Port Harcourt, Warri and Abuja. Our phenomenal growth history continued in April 1999 when we commenced construction of our bulk storage terminal at Ibru Port Complex. The entire construction including design which was undertaken by Nigeria Engineers and the Phase 1 of that Depot Project was completed in the first quarter of 2000.  Actual operations commenced there in July, 2000.  This Bulk storage terminal has a capacity of 35,000MT and equipped with state of the art equipment capable of dispensing 13 million litres per day of White Products”.

In Ascon Oil’s bid to bring efficient services closer to their retail customers, they have expanded their network from 11 filling stations in 2005 to 28 outlets. In addition, the company has maintained the drive to acquire and presently own strategic land banks in some regions of Nigeria designed for the development of filling stations and storage facilities.

The Group Managing Director continues with her address to their Industrial and bulk customers, “we have continued to provide top quality products delivered efficiently with unequalled customer-related services that has been acclaimed by all in the industry. In year 2005 we added another laurel to our achievements by purchasing and taking delivery in Turkey of the twin 7000 MT capacity sea-going vessels namely MT CALIP SETER, which we named MT AGBOIYI and now presently called MT LOVELY GEORGE, the other half of the twin vessel is the MT AHMED KARAOSMAN which is also presently known as MT GRACIOUS.  One of our subsidiaries, GIKEN OCEAN TANKERS, which we earlier on incorporated in 2003 now owns and runs these vessels”.

In the area of corporate social responsibility, the company secretary Barrister Ikem Ohia says “Ascon Oil as a responsible corporate citizen with the aim of giving back to the society, have in the past provided logistics support to the NNPC/PPMC Mosimi depot and also on several occasions offered safety and fire fighting facilities to companies located within our operating environment. The Lagos State Government also enjoyed our partnership in its flood control initiative in some parts of Lagos State amongst others” while Mr. Ike Enenmoh the Executive Director operations also added that Ascon Oil is also nurturing some youth footballers in Asaba Delta state with aim of starting a football academy in the nearest future.

In all Ascon Oil has been embarking on an aggressive and purposeful expansion drive which will in no doubt enable them become a preferred player in the downstream sector, a vision envisaged by the founder late Engr. George Enenmoh at conception. This same drive has afforded Ascon Oil the opportunity to win both local and foreign awards in the oil and gas sector in the last 25 years.

As a company that delights in its people, the continuous annual awards to long serving members who have played active roles in Ascon Oil success story will also be a part of the celebration.
