Things That The Duchess of Cambridge Will Get

Earlier on , we outlined a few things that Kate Middleton( Duchess of Cambridge) will no longer be able to do.  well its not so bad as there will be a few royal goodies coming her way . It is not just the perks of being a princess and winding up with her royal man-candy- No, we're talking your own personal secretary, your own wardrobe—and the personal shoppers and designers that go with that, all the way down to your shoes. And vacation estates, Not houses. And—yes, really—a whole group of ladies in waiting. What does that even mean? And are your own lady helpers the best perk of being a princess? Check out what these Royal goodies will be, after the cut .

Hats No One Else Gets

And skirts. And shirts. And everything in between. Not only will Kate get her own wardrobe stylist (she already consults with a personal shopper who charges hundreds of dollars a day) but she'll get new clothes for every major occasion, such as official tour of a foreign country.

Ladies in Waiting

What the heck are those? Well, every British princess and queen has had them. They fall under the category of female personal assistant, and they're usually hand-picked by either the princess herself, her husband's new family, or both. In Kate's case, don't be surprised if the head lady turns out to be Pippa, Kate's beloved sister.

A Lovely Second Home, er, Estate

What to get the son who has everything? Rumor has it that Prince Charles will gift his groom of a son with one of his estates, particularly Highgrove, in Gloucestershire. Charles describes this particular estate as his "family home" or "Duchy Home Farm." (Really.) And that would mean that Kate gets to hang out there whenever she feels like a pastoral escape.

Designer Cobblers

No trips to Payless for Kate! British princesses are known for choosing top shoe designers as their personal heelers. (In Diana's case, the man was, oh, just a guy named Jimmy Choo.) Who might Kate choose? Likely, it's all up to her.

A Private Secretary Who Probably Will Not Look Like This

Every princess is expected to maintain a grueling schedule of personal appearances and trips, both official and semi-official. That would be a logistical nightmare—if not for the personal secretary, the head of a whole staff of organizers Kate is expected to get once she assumers her duties as a princess.

Best. Stationery. Ever.

Whenever Kate feels like writing a personal note—as Diana often did, classy lady like she was—she can do so on the official stationery of whatever, you know, palace she happens to be in at the moment. Kensington. Balmoral. Wherever.

A Shield with an Acorn on It

That's what this might look like to an ugly American, anyway. But to a Briton, this is a symbol of powerful new connections. It's heraldry, a family symbol granted to the Middletons by the Queen ahead of the wedding of the century. Per the palace, the purpose was "to provide a traditional heraldic indentity for Catherine, as she marries into the Royal Family."

A Sweet City Pad

It is expected that Kate will get a very nice set of apartments at St. James Palace, for her use whenever she and her princely husband are in London.

Royal Thugs

Just like William's mother, Diana, Kate is expected to have a full complement of security goons with her at all times, but especially when she's on the road.

And not just any personal chef. Darren McGrady, who once cooked for William's mother, Diana, is already having a hand in feeding the royal couple; the chocolate biscuit groom's cake, to be served on the big day, is said to be a McGrady creation. After the wedding, Middleton's household will likely get its own dedicated chef.

Really Nice Jewelry

Think your Mom's heirloom string of pearls are nice? Think again. One very cool perk of being a princess: Access to the queen's Jewels—all $39 million worth. Kate won't own the baubles, of course, but borrowing is the next best thing.

HAT GALORE @ THE ROYAL WEDDING

The biggest fashion show on earth, the royal wedding, got underway in a riot of bright colors, flamboyant fascinators and larger-than-life hats.  The hats were the big talking point of the day, as many guests jazzed up their formal outfits with creations by milliner-to-the-stars Philip Treacy.
Most were plasing to the eye , while some were just a sight for sore eyes. Here are a few of the Royal Lids that made out collectors list

The stepmother of the groom complements her Anna Valentine champagne dress and two-tone coat with an airy Philip Treacy hat, one of up to 100 he's made for guests at the ceremony and parties.

Twitter addict & wife of the House of Commons Speaker John Bercow adds a dash of whimsy to her black lace sheath with a feathered fascinator.

Prince Edward's wife stayed neutral in a beige Bruce Oldfield dress and coat with a rosette spray from Jane Taylor perched on the side of her blonde hair.

The next royal in line to get hitched . Standing  out in an intricate black Philip Treacy hat, paired with a periwinkle look by Paul Costelloe.

The expectant star designer  matches a swingy navy dress from her own collection to a dramatic , gravity defying floral Philip Treacy fascinator.

Born Sophie Winkleman, the daughter-in-law of the Duke and Duchess of Kent, is in the navy in her diamond-patterned suit and sculpted straw hat with festive twirls.

The mother of the bride adds something blue in her sky blue silk dress and matching passementerie coat by Catherine Walker (one of Princess Diana's favorites), paired with a matching hat by Berkshire based milliner Jane Corbett.

The groom's royal cousins(looking like the ugly sisters of cinderella)  make for a quite interesting  duo in their Philip Treacy hats. Eugenie sets off her bold blue floral Vivienne Westwood suit with an equally electric hat with feathers and flowers, while Beatrice accents her red locks with a sculptural blush topper to match her Valentino coat.

The wife of the heir to the Belgian throne is terrific in teal, including her structured Philip Treacy hat.

All Hail the Queen.! The grandmother of the groom – and England's reigning monarch – shows her sunny side in an all-yellow design by her personal assistant Angela Kelly.

The Spanish princess is a vision in pink, down to her tulle-topped hat.

The younger sister of Prince Charles blooms in a purple topper with netting and a large flower, matching her floral coat and violet dress.

The fixture on international best-dressed lists proves her fashion mettle with a pewter Philip Treacy hat with sprays of roses.

The singer leaves her hippie chic style behind, picking a classic wide-brim hat with embellishments to match her red sheath and cropped jacket.

Prince Harry's date tops her custom Alberta Ferretti suit  with a beige netting-topped fascinator.

The stylish sisters make quite a striking photo as they enter Westminster Abbey. Palmer-Tomkinson is a vision in blue, topping her Deborah Milner off-the-shoulder dress and matching Nicholas Kirkwood shoes with a rosette-topped fascinator by Philip Treacy, while her sister matches her multi-color fascinator to her purple sheath dress and fur stole.

The Spanish monarch is a vision in violet, from her silk suit to her netting fascinator.

The Danish monarch picks head-to-toe aqua, including her feather spiral-topped chapeau.

The Swedish princess is a bright spot in her coral wrap dress and matching wide brim straw hat.

Accompanying her husband, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, the Spanish beauty adds a touch of flair to her black netted suit with a spray of red roses.

The wife of the Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne plays off her filmy gray dress with an elaborate swoop of feathers.

Arriving on the arm of her former footballer husband Trevor – note his coordinating tie and pocket square! – Brooking goes for layers of textured purple.

Accompanying her husband Prince Michael of Kent, the royal family member adds a swath of teal organza to her white hat.
