I read it in Thisday Newspapers on Sunday that Nigeria’s current rave of the moment musician popularly known as 9ICE has indicated his interest to marry his lover, Toni Payne. According to the gist, the musician has given Toni an engagement ring. Is Toni nice for 9ICE?

9ICE is the young chap that is fast gaining ground as a super star in the Nigerian music industry.'Gongo aso' one of his songs is now like a national anthem in the country.
