Right now, the biggest event in town is the African Movie Academy Award (AMAA) 2008 edition.It is takin place at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.Alot of stars are already in town.Trust, you will be the first to know.At the time of posting, this story, the event is yet to start but the red carpet has been fully laid.

    Haha, im in washington DC but watching live from NTA thanks to comcast cable. BTW NTA needs to get it 2gether with their interviewers and sound quality. Can someone say hot mess? Some of the stars are well dressed, ?others? all i have to say is hmmmm?

    Omg i think i saw Angela Bassete,she looks radiant even though the sound was bad, geez NTA get it 2gether its 2008, it cannot be that difficult to do a live show.

    Anonymous 11.41pm I get NTA becasuse I live in DC and I guess because of the large Naija population around here (MD/DC) comcast offers it as part of their package. So you can call your cable provider to see if they offer it, and if there is a comcast or verizon fios in your area call and ask because your best bet is with them. You can also get live streaming of NTA for free online at Jumptv.com once you sign up, go to africa then nigeria; they actually have like 6 naija channels including NTA. Good luck.
