Alibaba now major investor in mei.com

One of the world's biggest e-commerce companies,Alibaba just announced that it would be a major investor in mei.com. Forbes reported that the company would be investing more than one hundred million dollars into mei.com, a website that sells discounted luxury products from Armany,Tiffany Jewelry,Shisedo Cosmetics.

Thibault Villet is the founder of Mei.com.Forbes' Yue Wang disclosed that the Mei declared $82 Million in revenue in 2013.The company also got $65 million in investment from Investec Bank and Hong Kong-based Jewelry brand Cow Tai Fook.
