The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) candidate in the last gubernatorial election, Alhaji Rauf Aregbesola has been declared governor of Osun State. Aregbesola, who was a commissioner for works in Lagos State, contested the election with Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola of the Peoples Democratic Party in 2007 but had to go through a three year legal battle before judgment eventually came his way. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Oyinlola as Governor shortly after the conduct of the election in 2007
The court granted the prayers of Engineer Aregbesola on four out of the five counts he brought before the election appeal tribunal. Aregbesola hails from Ilesa in Osun State.He served in the eight year administration of Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos State.
Oyinlola, a prince from Okukuland was a military governor durning the administration of General Ibrahim Babangida. He later contested for governorship in Osun State.

Abdul Rauf Aregbesola should prove to every Nigerian that the flame of lie can never at any point blaze for long no matter how late it may be sure the truth shall triumph at last. It is not new to me as a person that he is latter announced 'VICTOR' and his rival 'VANQUISH'. It is the time for everyone to rethink before you do anything in an unlawful way. Aregbesola so come, you see, you oppose and you conquer! Glory be to Allah.

Rauf Aregbesola, I admire your courage ever since, regarding strong struggling towards having your right that seem to have been fraudulently robbed for almost 3 years & 6 months now. However, 26th day of November 2010 'll be a day you 'll never forget in your life history. Beware of 1 single thing ''JUSTICE''. As a matter of fact, know that it's neither done by your might nor your power. But according to almighty Allah's ordainement. HE giveth power & authority to whom He so wish and taketh power & authority away from whom He so wish as well. Then He has power over all things, be it; living/non-living. Be of good character to the masses (the poor esp.). Know that your time of trial is now & the day of reckoning is near. Don't be like the good for nothing, selfish, no human feeling, enbezlelers & state/country's treasuries robbers like Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Alao Akala, Gbenga Daniel etc that have turned the state properties to their selfish family & father's properties. I pray that nemeses catch up quick with the other 2 fake governors too. I mean in the southwest region; their names- Alao Akala of Oyo State & Gbenga Daniel of Ogun State. Maa salaam!
ReplyDeleteWith the justice done in Osun stae,thismeans that nearly all the other state were rigged for pdp what a shame,it means that there will never be a free/fair election in nigeria till kingdom come. what is the point to cheat to be in an illegal position,but you vacated the post in a shameful maner, This shows that GOD is great, no matter the speed the lies goes one day truth will catch up with the lies,I do advice the judges not to trade their job for money,it does not pay,it is good to leave behind a good name for the incoming children when you say good bye to this sinful world, please, you judges try to turn to a new leaf, time is running fast for you, at list you will be about 50-60years of age now ,you need to change before it is too late for the day of judgement is awaiting everybody end off.
