Organised by Lagos State Government, the event took place inside the the new Teslim Balogun Stadium opposite National Stadium Surulere,Lagos. The Governor of Lagos State,Mr.Babatunde Raji Fashola led other several important personalities to pay tributes to the late leader of NADECO and Afenifere who survive an assasination attempt on him by the draconian government of late General Sani Abacha.
