By Niyi Tabiti The Court of appeal today in Nigeria upholds the election of Chief Adebayo Alao-Akala as the governor of Oyo State. The governorship candidate of All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), Senator Abiola Ajimobi, had dragged Alao-Akala to court over what he described as irregularities orchestrated by Alao Akala in connection with Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).Ajumobi had earlier lost at the lower court but appealed against it. http://www.gistmaster.com/ gathered that mix reactions continue to trail the judgment.
