Nike Oshinowo steps down; Elohor Aisien takes over Miss Nigeria pageant Nike Oshinowo-Soleye has stepped down as the creative director of the Miss Nigeria pageant. This was disclosed in a press statement released by Daily Times Nigeria and African Times Network (ATN), the franchise owner if the Miss Nigeria pageant. According to the stateme nt, Mrs Oshinowo-Soleye will be replaced by Elohor E lizabeth Aisien, Founder and Managing Director of Beth Model Management Africa. During her reign as the creative director (2009 – 2011), Mrs Oshinowo-Soleye rebranded the pageant and organized two successful edition of the Miss Nigeria competition took place in Abuja and Lagos respectively. In a dramatic announcement after a moving ministration, the controversial pastor of the Household of God Church and three-time presidential candidate, told his church their differences were irreconcilable and the couple had divorced. "Stephanie and I are no longer married. We have separated. You can see she's not in church today. It's due to irreconcilable differences and you should please respect our wishes at this time because there is no going back." With this terse statement Okotie announced the break up the marriage. Delectable Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda and prominent producer Emem Isong have both been distinguished and specially honoured for their "outstanding contribution to raising awareness, understanding and hope to those affected by autism spectrum disorder and advocating for them." The two major Nollywood players, who recently took part in the production of the first film on Autism ever produced in Nigeria, were awarded by WOW Divas, an international network of professional women, at their second Autism Awareness Conference held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Four Point by Sheraton in Lekki Lagos. The news fast making this headlines now is that Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan has finally sacked the national security adviser, General Andrew Owoeye Azazi (retd).He has been replaced by Col.
