Two AK47 rifles and 17 magazines with 30 rounds, were last Wednesday recovered from the home of an armed robbery suspect, Kazeem Adebola. A bricklayer by profession, 30-year-old Adebola, who resided with his wife and child at Orisumbare Street, Ayobo, Lagos, had hidden the arms in the ceiling of his kitchen. The police in Lagos on Monday arraigned a 25-year-old pastor, Tommy Issachar, over an alleged stealing of a female church  member's underwear and N10,000 cash. Issachar, who resides at No 35, Mafoluku St., Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos, appeared before an Oshodi Magistrates' Court in Lagos, on a two-count charge of breach of public peace and stealing. The prosecutor, Cpl. Kehinde Olatunde told the court that the accused committed the offences on April 12 at Mafoluku, Oshodi. Unknown gunmen believed to be hired assassins on Sunday, trailed and shot dead the younger brother of the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mr. Andy Yakubu along Kachia-Kaduna express road.
